Additionally, we wish to inform you that, for personal reasons, both he and his daughter, Maggie Fernández, have stepped away from the company.

Canfer Grupo Empresarial now owns 100% of WHIS (Wire Harnesses Integrating Solution SA de CV). Ing. Santiago Cantú Fernández will continue to serve as the company's CEO, while Ing. Gerardo García Anguiano now holds the position of General Manager.
